1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by urs.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
urs.cloud provides cloud-first development, website design, mobile application development, and technical maintenance services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services as outlined in their specific project agreement. Payments are generally due upon completion of various milestones. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All work product created by urs.cloud during the course of providing services remains the property of urs.cloud until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
urs.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the region of operation. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, in the appropriate courts.
